Excellent via ferrata, which soon after the initial part makes you think . It can be additionally spiced up with muddy soles, especially in the vertical. Due to the last overhang (F), actually the hardest via ferrata with us. If I was attentive enough, the "escape" from the via ferrata is only one, for the other I'm not sure, but there was a nicely visible path. So, if we run out of strength, we'll have trouble. Also in places where the rating is "C", the climbing partner said it's the upper limit of that rating. Well, that's subjective of course. We two had this "luck" that it rained overnight, and a small shower caught us too, which spiced everything up even more . Fuck, I tell you , pure fuck We two didn't rush, on the contrary, my buddy got stomach issues on the way and we were at the top despite mud and rain in just over two hours. Descent, that was a rodeo , recommend 12-point crampons . Conclusion: unique!

I join Parkeljc's opinion and add a couple of pics. The walls are quite interesting, muddy soles are not recommended. We were lucky to have nice weather a couple of days before too, so there was only slightly damp forest soil, which shakes off the shoes right away. We had no issues, the girls climbed the C variant, I climbed some D/E sections too, where the loop for resting really came in handy. For those who want to climb only the F section, it's generally easier to drive to the top by car and descend via C down to the junction (a couple of minutes), you just need to know which cable to follow down, as the path from the start to the F section is quite long. (info from the gentleman who helped build the ferrata). I had to descend a bit lower (to the branch for Ninotov rov), as my daughter's phone almost fell from the top into the forest under the rock... After finishing the ferrata, zipline descent, so no descent problems (descent can be booked and paid online, but reservation needs to be confirmed by phone at TIC, especially for ferrata climbers, as they bring a cart for each individually, set to weight) No crowds on the ferrata (3.9.2022), we met only 5 people total, and due to the phone incident we were there quite a while. First search I didn't find it - calling the phone (it was set too quiet), then we went to the top (due to reservation at a set time), zipline to the valley and back up by car, and another C descent to Ninotov rov and search via Google's "find my device". Carinthians are ultra friendly anyway, parking in Črna no problem, cafe open before 7am, so I recommend!!

That section is realistically not even close to the real rating (F)...It's slightly overhanging 12m, which can be climbed with good climbing technique and quick SVK switching in less than a minute...(E/F) - but one of the easiest, if not the easiest, if we compare to similarly rated ferratas abroad...

Currently super conditions. Dry and just right temperature for climbing in short sleeves. With classmate from elementary school, we enjoyed today.

As part of family trip I use time gap to climb C variant of this ferrata. Since I don't "ferrata" much, difficulty was just right for me, but this C is quite fair. Good fitness ascent in nice terrain above Črna. Definitely returning. Recommend! Icing on the cake was descent along beautiful ridge, followed by steep drop to Črna. While ridge walking I heard from my left sounds similar to bear calling! Hoo hoo hoo! Good luck!
