This afternoon I had just enough time to do a short hike to Planina Brdo. From home I cycle to Loška Koritnica, where I leave the bike at the homestead and head on foot to the planina. I take the shortest but very steep path to the planina. At Brdo very nice views all around from Mangart, Jalovec, entire Loška stena, Jerebica and Rombon and of course great view on Log. I return via the normal path which is somewhat longer but leads to the same starting point.

In the morning the weather wasn't the best, but around noon it started clearing, so after lunch I did a small tour. From home towards Loška Koritnica right to the end of the valley, I go to the hunting hut (1091m) from there along the trail to planina Brdo (1142m). There I enjoy these our beauties, views from the planina are really magnificent on our peaks. Eye reaches also into Jezersko valley. From planina I go down steep slope to the stream where there's also path, cross the stream and via nice forest path back to Log. Nice circular tour that offers beautiful views.
