On Saturday morning instead of the described route, which mostly runs along the road, I start from the parking lot through the Pokljuka Gorge and through the windows past Pokljuka Pasture towards Klek. If we pay attention to the markers along the path, it is very easy to follow the path, but I emphasize, if we are careful. There are active foresters on the path who widened the path for bulldozer access, and at one junction they knocked down a tree with a marker, so searching for the right path can extend it. You really need to be attentive, as signs with inscriptions on trees, classic markers, as well as arrows on rocks, which are sometimes hidden by overgrowth, guide us to the right path. I would praise the friendly shepherd in Repečnik's Rovt, who walked with me for 20 min and showed me shortcuts. The path runs through the forest all the time, steepness increases only in the last part. On the pasture I meet very friendly "caretakers", the gentleman shows me the remains of some objects himself and teaches me about the history of the pasture and activities on it. One of the objects on the pasture is converted into a museum in the upper part, which is still under construction, in the upper floor there are panels that teach us about history, fauna and flora. On the upper pasture there are four objects, the top one for accommodation, one in the phase of arranging a museum, one economic, in the last one livestock hides from the heat. In the lower valley, which lies right behind the edge of the upper one, looking towards Klečica or Debele peči, there are three nicely arranged objects. The summit of Klek itself is overgrown, no views except at one spot towards Golica with surroundings, from the pasture nice view towards Debele peči, Klečica and Kremenovec. Via the lower pasture we can continue the path towards Blejska koča (Lipanca) or Debele peči (marked). I spent four hours on the mentioned path.
