Obviously there is no thread for Planina Konjščica on this forum yet and I'm opening it. Today (31. 10. 2021) the larches around it were very nicely dressed in yellow and golden colors.

If you mean the starting point "End of road on Pokljuka", the road there is closed. To Rudno polje there is a good asphalt road.

If you go early, there are no parking problems.  Otherwise it applies, especially for hills "Early hour golden hour".

Technically it's not forbidden, but at the road junction towards Planina Konjščica there is a sign prohibiting traffic for all vehicles

Ludvik said it nicely last time. Parking fees at mountain trailheads are terrible, fines for improper parking outrageous.

Yesterday we visited Konjščica from Rudno polje, nice that the pasture is alive again in recent years, livestock of course no more up there, but hut open on weekends until 1 November, you can get drinks and food.
We went there by pleasant marked path from Rudno polje (as for Triglav), back from pasture we circled via End of road on Pokljuka. Initially idyllic path by water soon changes to knee-deep mud, which we bypassed through forest over stones and tussocks. Muddy part of path really extensive, all the way to P or macadam. From afar parked cars seen there (despite driving ban). Although sun everywhere else, Pokljuka yesterday cloudy and quite cold, a bit different ...
