Then probably a circular tour Špik hude police - Škrbina vrh Strmali - koča Brazza is possible?
On the Zahodni Julijci map I looked for Škrbina vrh Strmali but didn't find it... Does a path lead to it that branches left from the path to Špik hude police?
How long does this circular path take and what's the difficulty?

Of course a circular tour is possible, so first to the summit of Špik Hude police, then short descent and right onto path E. Leva, descent to Škrbina above Cijanerico and on under Montaž, and descent to the saddle Vrh Strmali, and back to Pecol. Of course it's a demanding secured path. Therefore I suggest prior reading of the guide Western Julian Alps, A. Mašera.

Thanks Igor for the help - I thought that was the "Left" path.
Instead of the path to Škrbina vrh I'll rather go to Škrbina nad Tratico, "Left" can wait a bit... Are the ledges on the "Left" path secured with cable so I can clip in?
How long from Špik Hude police to Škrbina nad Tratico and how demanding is that path?

The path Leva is secured, but you need to descend to the notch on some swinging ladder, of course there's a cable there too.
As for the path to Škrbina nad Tratico, no problem, it's a nice wide path like on ŠHP, time-wise under half an hour.

From the junction under Špik Hude police to the notch above Tratico is really, as Igor says, just under half an hour of walking, my time 24 min, onwards to Bivak Luca Vuerich on Špik nad Nosom another 1h. Combined visit of Špik Hude police and Špik nad Nosom from Pecol parking average with stops 7h 25 min, pure walking about an hour less .
