Hello. Does anyone have first-hand information on access to the mentioned pasture due to the Kranjski Rak-Luče road closure? Can you get there from the Kamnik side or from the Savinja side, or at all?

I was on Ojstrica from Podvežak last Saturday. My friend and I were at Podvežak at 7 a.m., no trouble getting there, we came from the Kamnik side, road closed at 7.30. Even on Saturday, as they told me at Luče municipality, they count Saturday as a workday. On the return, we went to Luče then around via Gornji Grad, in that direction road to Luče was normally passable or closure signs were moved aside.
