I used a nice autumn day for Planjava and Ojstrica, which I hadn't hiked before. In the end everything worked out well so I managed to get to the Hribi.net meeting too.

Yesterday I did a tour matching the nice weather in KSA and thus somewhat "paid off" my this year's "debt" to this end velik nasmeh

. The tour was: Dom v Kamniški Bistrici - Repov kot - Srebrno sedlo - Korošica - Ojstrica - Škarje - Planjava - Kamniško sedlo - Dom v Kamniški Bistrici. Great conditions for hiking, sun really strong velik nasmeh

P.S: From Škarje onwards to Planjava I climbed what I think are all peaks with cairns, but don't know exactly which one is Lučka Brana (Baba), as there's not much info or photos on the internet... Is it that spacious grassy peak? To me at least that peak doesn't look the highest in this ridge between Ojstrica and Planjava, as stated that Lučka Brana should be? zmeden

With a colleague we hiked the same tour as @urbancek yesterday, it was really great. We started via Repov kot, where fog accompanied us up to about 1500 m, then descent from Srebrno sedlo to Korošica. There we had only sun and continued to the top of Ojstrica, then descent to Škarje and continuation over two cairn-marked peaks to Planjava. I'd ask for info on which peaks those are or which one besides Lučka Brana. From there we descended to Kamniško sedlo, where we refueled in Kamniška koča, then the descent to the valley followed. Great tour with nice views, no crowds, definitely recommend it, but it's quite long.

Last autumn from Logarska via Kopinškova to Ojstrica, over Babe to Planjava and via Okrešelj back to Logarska.

I also did this tour last year, extended to Brana, over Kotliče to Turska gora and over the gully to Okrešelj. From Okrešelj then to the Planincev hut at the junction to Klemenča jama, where I also started the tour. Length and elevation of the tour on the link below.

Hi...does anyone know the conditions over Škarje to Ojstrica regarding snowfields if someone has been around there recently..I assume there's still snow somewhere or snowfields? thanks

Hello,

I'm interested in the condition of the blazes on the path from Škarji, via Bab and Planjava - according to previous reports the path is poorly traceable. Have the blazes been renewed recently by any chance? Otherwise, is the path interesting or is it more or less not very pleasant small descents and ascents on crumbly terrain?
