Hello, I would like to ask if there is a stamp on Poldanovec and on Stanov rob because we need it for our mountaineering booklet? And where are the stamps located?

In 2015 there were no stamps, I would attach a pic from my booklet but sadly no button to do that

I've been tempted to go to these parts after a long time so I picked a decent if not the best summit with a view. That's why I'm interested in as recent as possible info on specific approaches and descents from Poldanovec. I'd like to start in Gorenja Trebuša and conquer the summit through Poldanovec gully. Somewhere I read that the path through Poldanovec gully should be sufficiently well marked (it's not on the attached map from pespoti.si) so you can't miss it. Is that really true? Is it in reasonably good condition so it doesn't noticeably prolong the whole hike at the end? Descent depending on remaining time and wishes versus this description http://hribi.net/izlet/dom_na_lazni_poldanovec_/26/545/3172 . On the attached map: Here the path between the mountains Stanov Rob and V.Češevnik is not marked. Probably just this description will be enough help? Since I'd have to return to G.Trebuša I'd probably turn right earlier (Pri Juriju) and descend to the valley along the still green-marked path. Is this path OK and not much chance of getting lost? If someone has one they can send me a decent map too. It's true there's been no significant snowfall for some time. But I'm still curious how it is currently and in more wintry conditions on these paths? Maybe better to go up via (near) Lazna and down through Poldanovec gully? In real winter perhaps part of the path is even discouraged? How about bear encounters lately? I also hope the dogs there are tied up or if not that they're not very dangerous. Thanks for the help and safe steps wherever you go!

Hello, The path through Poldanovec gully was newly marked a few years ago so you shouldn't have problems with that. I don't know the current condition but the path is steep and on some sections narrow and exposed. Additionally it has a rather shady location so it can be wet or icy. I don't know about the snow situation. I would recommend waiting for spring so the terrain dries well because in such terrain you really can't afford a slip. For current conditions the best option is definitely ascent and descent on the same path from Dom na Lazni. I don't know that descent path you're planning but I assume it's just as steep since it runs on the same slopes. If you're heading out in spring I recommend some tick protection as this area is "famous" for ticks - a buddy once brought home more than 20 from Poldanovec. Good luck.
