Did we meet yesterday (Saturday)? I remember one MTB biker with blue helmet at Porezen around 11-12h.

No, I was up there on Thursday around ten o'clock. 
But I met one hiker below the hut, another cyclist came behind me – so yeah, quite crowded.

From Davča via Jemčev Kovač to Zgornja Davča and via Planina Medrce to the top. Descent past the hut and along the ridge to Pohoški Kup. Here right down through forest and meadow to the hiking trail. Almost no snow on ascent, but above Planina Medrce quite hard and icy. Crampons very, very recommended, mandatory on descent and of course ice axe. Hut is open!
