Problem with ski boots - repair?

Hi, I have problems with my ski boots. One of them keeps jumping out of ''ski'' mode. Has anyone had experiences with this in the past? Can it be repaired, who is best to turn to? The boots are Dynafit Zzero4 U-TF. They are a few seasons old, I bought them used last year, but I don't intend to buy new ones and really want to repair them.

This is more likely a problem with the binding setting. The adjustment on Dynafit bindings needs to be quite precise.

It has nothing to do with binding adjustment. She says the heel mechanism on the boot shell switches between walk - ski mode.
I'll ask Kastelic ski service, who mentioned he knows one of the best experts for boot service and adjustment in Lj.

Viharnik, I forgot to thank you for the help!
Igor fixed it great, needed to replace the whole mechanism. All together 10 €, so no complaints
