Hello, please, if you can, help. Photo taken from top of Ivančica, Croatia. Did I recognize the peaks right? Thanks, Matija

Just so no one (say h.) shows up and writes that they don't understand the question... Matek, you did well. Maybe between K. Greben and K. saddle write Kalška gora, and right of Ojstrica Mrzla gora and Veliki vrh.

Also from Risnjak 1528m in Gorski kotar the KSA are nicely visible on a clear day.

Matek, nice weather you had! But... Triglav is almost 178 km away! Grintovci "only" 123 km. But Krvavec must cover it at least partly (Triglav namely). I don't know if it's fully visible. If yes, I would like to see the photo. It must be like a mirage.... mathematical calculations showed that Triglav should be visible from the top of Ivanščica (1060 m), even if fully covered by Krvavec (1784-1900 m; distance from Ivanščica approx. 125 km). It would be nice to see a photo. You correctly assigned the names to them. LP.

I from the Croatian Klek next to KSA caught Triglav too.

Klm, you're right, it looked like a mirage. Not even remotely visible like on klavdipo's pic. It was exactly on the line Ivanščica-Strahinjščica, a bit left of Krvavec. I have a couple of pics in high res but really poorly visible. I can send them by mail if you want. A couple of old hikers confirmed it's Triglav. So probably it is

klavdipo, from Klek it seems a bit more reasonable to me, because no prominent peak covers it, at most Soriška planina (left in picture 1) partially obscures it, otherwise there's nothing on the horizon that could block it due to height. Anyway the distance was quite big, around 162 km. Matek I definitely believe you saw Triglav. Must be unique, just like e.g. Julian Alps from the sea.
