Starting point was at Kopiščarjeva homestead in Zanjci. A bit above the former parking lot we took a shortcut through the forest to the lower station of the cargo cableway and from there steadily continued along the mulatiera to Pogačnikov dom. Short break, then up further, where we soon met a capital chamois grazing close to the path. Soon after over the first secured section, then across scree a bit on and a bit off the trodden path, where it was less slippery underfoot, and we were already at the junction for Planja. A bit further we peeked towards Jalovec and the Vršič side, a tiny bit more past the cave and we were almost under the summit. We saw Lojtrca from afar, as well as hikers climbing it. Soon we managed it too and were at rest and refreshment. The weather wasn't as lovely as in the morning, but no sign of serious precipitation. When we had eaten so much that the backpack stood upright again, we headed back down. So down to the junction for Planja, where we had to go up again. Well, not had to, we wanted to ourselves. Part of the way we had company of a young chamois and its mother, halfway to the top we checked out the Tired Tower (I was tired too), then under the summit met the young one with mom again. Up top a few drops surprised us, so we quickly continued towards Pogačnik. Not just because of the drops, our stomachs were rumbling properly too. Lunch at the hut was excellent, both the spoon one and the sweet one later with fork, we took care of thirst of course. Well fueled we descended to the valley casually, definitely much faster than the time on the signpost to Trenta (4h). At Kopiščar everything was wet, benches and tables, even the car, we learned it rained nicely for an hour in the afternoon. Hard to believe, we were the only dry ones, us a bit higher just a few drops. Some sweets, a glass of refreshing drink and nice chat and we were on the way home. Wonderful 
No peculiarities on the paths, fixed protections in good condition.
