Hello!
Yesterday I took advantage of the nice weather before it worsened.
I drive by car to the municipal border of Idrija municipality on the northern edge of Trnovo Forest. Here I park next to the Landscape Park Zgornja Idrijca sign. I head west, first along a new forest skid road along the ridge, when the skid road ends, following forestry markings. All the way through young beech woods regrowing after logging. I wanted to reach Zeleni rob but had to bushwhack through overgrown pathless area, so I gave up and turned back. I stumbled upon a forest skid road and followed it south. The skid road soon turns into a nice forest road bringing me to the local road Vojsko - Lokve. Here I turn left eastwards along the road around Smrekova draga back to start. Nice loop trail - recommend. Along the ridge occasional nice views of Julian Alps, especially far into Trebušca valley, Vojsko plateau, central Julians, Peči.....Won't post pics, but if anyone wants them, they'll get them.
