Yesterday with friends this ridge too, which according to Prle's words is reincarnation of Gougain and Grohar...nasmeh "On this ridge you learn what martuljški means!" nasmeh After fiery clouds we went to touch Paradajz this time from VMP towards NW ridge of Veliki Oltar. Comment after tour? Bruuuuuuuuuuuum, bang, screech, buuuum... Even more risky than Kurji vrh-Frdamane police and Veliki Oltar-Škrlatica... Satisfaction after tour? No words. Descended to Grlo and went to climb Šplevta (since it's right there...) and Šplevta express to valley. Definitely memorable day, of course, in Martuljek!mežikanje

Bravo, Juš. Nothing more, you are champions in martuljek group. Cari!
Shame that on Hribi.net portal there is no full album with more data, photos, comments, route and more that would help all those who want to repeat your tour. I know on FB you maybe have it all detailed, but not all are and don't want to be on it.

Regards

Even if you're not on FB you can calmly view the photos, since the link works for those without Facebook too mežikanje

From Velika Martuljška Ponca we descended over Paradajz to the notch under Oltar and down to the cirque of Velika Dnina. The rock is extremely crumbly, everything underfoot collapses, it's hard to find anything solid for belay. With proper protection it's a real challenge for an experienced mountaineer.

Nice greetings,
Does anyone have more detailed instructions or a GPX track for this traverse? Specifically, I'm interested in the direction Oltar - Paradajz - V. Ponca. Or if someone can mark the exact route to Paradajz on this photo, I'd be very grateful!

Thanks!

The traverse in this direction is very questionable, since there is one definite crumbly jump in Paradajz.
