Start at the cargo cable car station in Ravenska Kočna and via Slovenian path to Ledine. From there we continue towards Rinke, past the picturesque window to the entrance to the climbing section of the path. The path is well secured and offers nice views of the surroundings. Careful on crumbly spots. At the top beautiful views open up in all directions. After a short rest we continue towards Kranjska Rinke. We meet a herd of chamois just resting. From the top of Kranjska Rinke we have a wonderful view again, especially on Skuta, which is our next goal. From Rinke we have to descend quite a bit before we start ascending again towards Skuta. The path to Skuta is well protected, but crumbly in places so be careful. At the top of Skuta, reached at 14:20, we enjoy beautiful views in all directions. Follows descent past bivouac under Grintovec to Cojzova koča. There we fortify ourselves with jota and overnight. Full praise to the hostess for friendly hospitality. Next day after tea continue towards Grintovec, namely over Dolge stene. After 2 hours of walking summit reached, view beautiful all around, especially on Kočna, our next goal. From summit descend to Dolška škrbina and soon start ascending to Kočna. Follows a "crawling" spot and we're at the top. View again beautiful everywhere. In the distance we see Rinke and Skuta where we were the day before. Descend via Kremžarjeva path to Češka koča and since thunderstorm is brewing in the distance we quickly descend to the car and thus conclude two-day ramble in KSA. No problems on the path, caution on crumbly spots. Weather nice throughout, especially first day Thursday 18 August cloudless. Views accordingly. And most important: time was not our master. We enjoyed, you do too.

today we went to Skuta from Czech hut and back over Rinke, whoever "shit" in the middle of the path from Rinke to Ledine should think a bit what they're doing

We also saw that shit yesterday under the Rinke. Could have gone a meter off the path, damn exhibitionist.

With Matjaž today we walked the path in the opposite direction. Past Czech hut to Kočna, Grintovec, over Dolgi hrbet to Štruca, Skuta, Kranjska, Štajerska and Koroška Rinka, descent to Ledine and back to the car along the Slovenian path. A bit windy, otherwise all ok. For variety we met a girl in a skirt and a gentleman with crutches in his backpack on the way from Skuta

Is that with crutches some new fashion? You nata24, don't you get tired of those Grintovci? I think you've crossed all of them this year already...

They are close, so sometimes I go from one side, other times from the other. The combination is also different
Yesterday they forecasted worse weather for the west, so we went here again. Of course we were in the Julian Alps on Saturday...
