If I borrow this thread. From the improvised parking lot on the northern edge leads the karstological nature educational trail "around" the sinkhole. In quotes because it detours towards Divaška Cave and skips the southern edge. Currently the trail is somewhat shortened due to the construction of the 2nd track and at least officially you need to take a shortcut just before the track. Well, on Saturday right there where the trail reaches the track there was no one and you could take a little look at this emerging infrastructure addition. From Divača the track is almost ready, they've even pulled the overhead lines, a bit further where the track routes will separate it's still a construction site. The underpass under the tracks is actually already finished and someone tore down the iron mesh that was supposed to close it. You can also descend to the bottom of the sinkhole. If basic hiking footwear is completely sufficient for walking the educational trail (forest paths), the downward paths already have more "high-mountain" characteristics and more suitable footwear is absolutely mandatory, descent is not recommended in slippery conditions, e.g. in case of snow (if it ever falls in these parts). The easier path is quickly found if you go from the parking lot in the clockwise direction. The path is at least initially well visible but as said somewhat harder (steep, rocky...), when already quite far down it turns right, it somehow gets lost but there's no problem finding the bottom. The bottom is also overgrown with trees, now when there are no leaves the slopes are somewhat visible even from the "frog" perspective. The other path is from the southern edge, roughly opposite the parking lot, this path is also steep and scree-covered so we didn't dare take it, especially since there's a somewhat safer alternative. When the educational trail past Divaško Radvanj (mmg., both dolines are overgrown with forest and consequently less "instagram-worthy") returns near the sinkhole, it's worth "deviating" right along the southern edge. From the path a whole bunch of trodden paths branch to unofficial viewpoints (there are warnings that walking on rocks is at own risk), from where nice views of the vertical northern wall are offered, which is usually sunny most of the day, and you can easily add Vremščica and Nanos in the background to the frame. Some similarly unofficial viewpoints are expected also on the northern edge near the parking lot (noting that shots southwards due to the sun direction are usually not the most successful), on the eastern edge there is an official fenced viewpoint with a panel about meadows and a bench, on the western edge due to the "jungle" there are no suitable viewpoints. The whole educational trail with the 2nd track construction site, excursion to the bottom, inclusion of the southern edge and extensive photographing took hirro just over 2 hours.
