Searching in the mountains, found at the border

I read an article about Hungarian idiots who, to put it mildly, with their cretinous attitude put the Kamnik rescuers in unnecessary exposure, and also that we taxpayers will pay the bills (http://www.direkt.si/domov/crna_kronika/58017/). In my opinion, it is high time that order be made in this area.

Nothing will be done until the worst happens. Pol won't even know how to muddy the waters so that it doesn't happen again. In the end they'll be the top ones too.

Since these "hill wanderers" are obviously known by name and address, I hope they'll get at least a hefty bill for this action!

If now in the EU they can collect traffic violations from other EU citizens, they should also issue such adventurers a big bill and collect it. The problem would be they'd claim they didn't call 112. So all the burden falls on the friends who descended safely with a bit of sense and a lot of luck. Sadly there are too many such adventurers in our mountains year-round. If we have PZS membership which includes rescue in case of accident, rescue should be 100% payable for foreigners who are not PZ members, as well as for adventurers.
