I have a problem, the protective rubber on the toes of my hiking boots is coming off, not the sole. Does anyone know where and who repairs this thing?

Hello! In the inner part of the boot (upper) the seams have torn. Does anyone have info, or knows a master who could fix it. Otherwise boots are done, but actually still in very good shape.
