Yesterday from Skalca to MB hut and Belica with little suns and Drago. Pleasant refreshment in Pohorje forests. I did the trail barefoot and got new ideas. Recommend for families, we enjoyed.

Skalca Waterfall - 19.01.2013
Since according to weather forecast slightly worse days follow, my son and I wanted to climb Skalca waterfall, but too little frost, especially too little ice and so ended up at Areh, precisely at Cojzarica with touring skis.

Does anyone know what the current condition of Skalca waterfall on Pohorje is, is it frozen? Thanks for answers!

planika77, there was inversion on Pohorje today. For this waterfall it needs to be several days under strong minus.

Today we with a friend did a little climbing on the waterfall. Skalca waterfall is still fully icy, but the ice is thin and will hold max one or two more days.
