Hi
What ointments can be bought at the pharmacy if your skin gets inflamed during a long hike.
Yesterday I went on a long tour; after approx. 5 hours of walking, my skin got inflamed on a certain part of the body. What to apply before inflammation? It always inflames in the same place.

I don't know if it's available at the pharmacy, but ask anyway for BARRIER CREAM. Swedish stuff, guaranteed fixes everything. Manufacturer is TENA.
