Škofja Loka — Ljubljana (scooter edition)

The forecast was a bit strange, but not too bad, and I had no transport. So I decided to test how a scooter works in the hills. Before anyone starts panicking, they don't make touring ones and riding them even on older asphalt isn't the most pleasant, let alone efficient. It's comparable only to a unicycle and maybe classic roller skates, but both seem more tiring to me. So, right this morning on the scooter to the train station. On the way I managed to catch LPP and the train without rushing. To Trata (Škofja Loka) it's ~20min ride, then back on scooter to Loka and Puštala. There came the key moment, as the scooter folds nicely and fits in the backpack. Even during the crossing over Osolnik, Grmada, Topol and Toško čelo it rested nicely, except a short section in Topol (I was too optimistic). Its 3 kilos were really noticeable at the start when I still had plenty of drinks, but carrying it paid off by shortening the most dreary parts of the trail - the way to the start and the final crossing of Ljubljana to home. Need to try it again sometime. Weather held, just the views were murky short-range. I also like that the trail isn't unambiguously marked in places.
