Slovenia, Austria with a toddler (2 years)

Hello
I kindly ask for advice and suggestions. We have a two-year-old (who still naps during the day), we would go somewhere for several days - now over the New Year's holidays (yes, I know I'm already late).
We would go to some apartment, room with half-board, some smaller, family place. And we would like there to be some pools nearby, walking options, some themed things, parks, fairy-tale paths, to ride some gondola, maybe try skiing for the first time (child), tobogganing,...
Otherwise I'm already googling and searching, however, if someone has some advice I will be very, very grateful. We would go somewhere in Slovenia or Austria. Thanks all.
