Sora Circuit

After the last hiked Puštal Circuit ( KLIK ) we got a tip for a similar circular path in the immediate vicinity. The weather took care of its realization much sooner than anyone of us imagined, just a week later velik nasmeh. The start and end of the long but beautiful path is in the village of Sora, so I named it Sora Circuit.

We started in Sora near Medvode. We parked at the completely full parking lot under the church, but everyone else was at morning mass zavijanje z očmi. We skipped that, but didn't skip any summit on the path. Over Hom we climbed to Osovnik, continued to Tošč, with obligatory stop at Gonteh continued to Grmada and descended to Topol via Goljek. From there we hiked St. Jakob and then circularly past Studenčnice returned to the start.

We circled a nice loop, 25 km long and with 1600 m elevation gain, nowhere too steep, nowhere muddy. As it is, it just calls for annual repetition nasmeh

Interesting, years ago I looked at the Polhograjci map and spotted these two circuits: from Sora and from Puštal.
I hiked the Sora one back then too (skipped only Tošč), Puštal still awaits me. Both share Osolnik.

Pleasant hilly wandering up - down - around. I recommend! nasmeh

Nice loop which personally I like more than Puštalski (I call it Ločniški because it encircles the Ločnica valley), I've walked it many times. The route is also nicer for walking in some parts. Probably we from Sorško polje will choose this one because of the starting point and Ločani theirs but almost half the path we share anyway..mežikanje

yes I would also suggest changing the title to Ločniški loop it sounds better toonasmeh (Sorški reminds me of Soriška planina).
Otherwise super loopnasmeh.
