For the whole loop I spent just over 6 hours with stops and climbing over fallen trees.

Today we Ponedeljkovci (retirees section of mountaineering club Škofja Loka) visited Soriska Planina and thoroughly crisscrossed its peaks. Goal was - Lajnar, Slatnik, Možic. Looks like we took a bit different turn. Currently with nice weather wandering these hills is pure enjoyment. Paths well marked, maintained. Viewpoints numbered - really nice. Worth visiting. And we agreed to let them take us up even with ski double chair.

But before that, for coffee at Litostroj hut

At the hut there are many panels about Soriška planina worth looking at

Across the hills of Soriška ran the Rapallo border - border between the Kingdom of Italy and the Kingdom of SHS, later Kingdom of Yugoslavia

Points of the path Along the Rapallo Border

The bunker has two entrances - this is the left one.

By the pole under the summit - this is the right one.

Then we descend to the left to the large military structure.

The structure is large - on the roof they captured water and channeled it to a cistern as there are no springs.

The roof is somehow aligned with the hill summit. From the other side of the object it is not visible.

The points of the path Po Rapalski meji are well marked.

By the pasture, one group decides to go up the slope along the inner side of the pasture, the others follow the marked trail.

The path continues along a comfortable mulatjera.

We spot the other part of the group which is approaching us along the nearer ridge.

This is Možic with a bunker. Every point of the path has a box for entries and a stamp.

Lower down was the entrance to the bunker.

This one is also masonry with an entrance.

This military facility is now used as a shepherd's hut.

Today we walked most of the peaks above Soriska Planina: Kor, Možic, both peaks of Slatnik and Lajnar.
Paths here are normally passable, visitors just the right number so we spread out over the peaks and enjoyed solitude. Views wonderful, few flowers, chairlift working normally, sheep and cows enjoying the pasture. At the ski area a big construction site...
