I sent two stamped logbooks of the Slovenian Mountain Transversal to PZS to obtain the honorary SPP badge. Since there was no response, I inquired via the internet how and what. I received the following response: Since we ran out of SPP badges, and the previous manufacturer went bankrupt, we are now in the phase of obtaining a new badge manufacturer. Once the badges are made, we will send it to you together with the logbook by registered mail to your address, but you'll have to wait a little longer.
Such a routine item can be obtained practically for peanuts, yet they don't have them in stock. PZS really "cares about us mountaineers"!

If nothing else: they could have written the response right away when they received your logbooks
