The triplet visible from quite a number of peaks when looking towards Blegoš. Actually Blegoš is their continuation, but I always struggle to pinpoint their real names from afar. Sometimes one looks more domed, other times another. All overgrown, poor views, but linked together by a beautiful path. And best to take them all and hike as one whole that doesn't split. Yeah, that's best and satisfaction greatest nasmeh

Already in the morning when I hopped into Jože's car, I knew another good loop awaited us. But gotta say it was even better than expected nasmeh

. We drove through Jarčje brdo and Mlaka to Preval, which marks the pass from one valley to another here. Parked there and headed to Stari vrh then along that path of the three peaks. But returned on the other one along their foothills so you can admire them from the other side too. Path goes through Podvrh, then onto the weekend cottages trail which is marked, and above Četena Ravnja back to start.

Hiking a wonderful world, sure only for those who trek here, others don't know nasmeh

Since on Sunday we found a great starting point for Mladi vrh ascent, we rushed to repeat the route ASAP, but this time a bit differently. We spiced the route with a visit to Jesenski hrib above Rovte village, marked on some maps not all. Even all locals don't know they have it nasmeh

We enjoyed autumn birdsong too, which yesterday offered us a really rich choice, from greenfinches, siskins, black woodpeckers, treecreepers, crossbills in spruce tops, to buzzard waiting for us on branch of nearby tree.

Beautiful day full of autumn peace and silence. On way back we rounded the tour with hike on nearby hillocks offering themselves along path.

a little further, we drove all the way to the village Rovte

carar is a bird that is a resident species with us

Nice Ločanka! But I'd ask, on which map did you get the info on Jesenski hrib naming. As you noted yourself, even locals don't know this data. zadrega

There are quite a few errors in farm names on Selško - probably meant Lajbon at Stirpnik- on map wrongly Lajbor.

Had in mind farm directly under "Jesenski hrib". Written "Grdel" correct is Gdel. But no big deal.. Won't reinvent wheel and split hairs nasmeh
