On Tuesday, 8.10.2019, due to a series of circumstances to Svačica from Ljubelj. Quite a few hikers on the path. Initially plenty of clouds all around, we were in the sun the whole time. In the sharp bend where the marked path turns to Vrtača, we descended the mighty scree slope. Right at the start eye to eye with two chamois who weren't in a hurry anywhere. nasmeh View of Svačica from the Skleda cirque is wonderful. Northern precipitous side gray-white, southern, where the path leads to the summit, green due to dwarf pines. From here completely alone. From Belščica saddle nice view of Ovčji vrh and Celovška hut and precipitous north side of Vrtača. Peaceful, very warm and completely cloudless. From here a few more minutes straight to the top through the bushes that push onto the path in places quite a bit. The nicest was the last few-minute part on the airy rocky ridge. Summit wonderful panorama point, space is small though.
Descent circular on the "lower path" and past the hut at Završnica spring. Really nice route. I recommend nasmeh

Finally a really nice day was promised, which I used for a visit to Vrtača and Svačica. On the standard path from Ljubelj to Vrtača, which had quite some visitors. Views really fantastic, sky like washed. Descent to the place where the path to Stol over Vatelca branches off, there I turn to that path and cross the scree. I admire Stol, which is like on the palm of the hand. From Belščica saddle to Svačica summit it is not far anymore. But steep. But worth it. Back to the saddle and to the lower path that goes from Stol to Zelenica. Nice loop it was.

Today (Tuesday, November 7th) from Tinčkova hut. I intended to go via Zagon, but I was a bit lost in thought and before I realized it, I was already on the path on the east side of Srednji vrh. That's fine too, so I went there. No special features, just everything very wet from the rain. When it freezes once, it will be unpleasant. At Šija saddle no snow yet, a couple of cm only on the traverse path to Vatelca (height around 1800 m) and further on the path to Svačica. To the summit up the left path, down the right path. Since the down path is some kind of gully, a bit more snow, but it doesn't reach over the boots.

Next days supposedly a bit cooler, maybe for a visit so high up it will be necessary to take crampons.

I descended via Zagon. Path marked on Open Topo map, but from the branch from the lower path to Stol hardly visible. Key is to find the hut built above the difficult-to-pass slope at approx. 1480 m. From the hut a well-visible little path first left down and across the stream, then on bushy slopes towards the forest above Zagon. In the forest it gets lost again (maybe less noticeable now due to leaves). Here and there a cairn, blue dot or arrow helps with orientation. Some 150 vertical meters above Tinčkova hut the path is better visible and widens to a modest track that by some huts brings exactly to the parking lot. If ascending, from the parking lot follow the marked path to Zabreška planina some 50 m and at the marks turn right to the mentioned small track.

Weather not inspiring. But such it is.

One more thing: ramp on road to Završnica spring is open. Toll payment not needed from Nov 1 to Apr 30.

Access to Grad summit not for average hiker. Some climbing unavoidable, rock not most reliable.

Interesting question! Grad 2008 is such a noble name that the peak awakened interest in me too. Found this:
