Yesterday I ascended from Trebnje to Trebni vrh. I descended to Šahovec and then to Dobrnič, from there through the settlements Gorenja vas and Grmada up to the village Vrhtrebnje, from where I descended to the starting point at Trebanjski grad.
The entire trail is easy, only orientationally on the section from Trebni vrh towards the village Šahovec somewhat harder to follow, but the markings of Baragova pot are quite frequent there too.

Guide Marjan took us today to Trebni vrh near Trebnje, we went by train to Ponikve station. Most of us were first-timers, except some who had already walked this part of Jakob's Path. At the beginning still dry, green, then soon we entered a snowy idyll, unfortunately foggy this time. The path is easy, 9 km, peak 581 m high. We went through the village Repče, saw the turn-off to Sv. Ana too. We passed by Mala and Velika jama. On the path also monument of the 15th meridian, stone table with sundial, bronze relief of Slovenia. Due to leaves, snow and mud on the path, it was slippery in places. We also saw markings of Baragova pot. We descended at Trebanjski grad, coffee and train to Ljubljana. New places, new experiences...
