Hello,
I''ll be arriving in the Triglav park on Sunday and staying there until about Wednesday. Unfortunately, I saw that these days are supposed to be rainy, but is it going to be possible to go up the mountain when it rains?

I strongly suggest that you don't go there if it starts to rain...

The current weather forecast says it's gonna rain on Sunday and Tuesday. On the rest of the days you can expect partly sunny skies.
So if I were you, I would hike the Triglav from Krma Valley on Monday.

You can leave your car at the parking lot at 5 AM. At 5 AM it's already bright enough for walking without the need of having a headlamp. And then you're at Kredarica hut at around 8 AM (depending on your shape). After that you can rest there for a while and go to Triglav.
It's a good idea to head back to the valley before the afternoon because there can be some warm storms later in the day.
