Trstelj, Korada, Matajur, Kobariški Stol

We started our short family vacation on Friday with a visit to Postojna Cave, then climbed up to Trstelj. We continued the trail to the monument at Cerje and then on to Goriška Brda, where we viewed the surroundings from the observation tower at Gonjače and continued to Korada. Then a drive to Kobarid, where we stayed overnight.
On Saturday we drove to the Italian side and climbed Matajur, then also viewed the open-air museum at Kolovrat and walked along the Tolmin Gorges.
Sunday was dedicated to Kobariški Stol and viewing Boka Waterfall and Kozjak Waterfall.
In the end we were all a bit tired but satisfied, as we covered part of the extended Slovenian Mountain Trail tongue
