Dear,
since I heard that the mentioned trail is supposed to be closed or impassable due to a landslide in some part (around Pirmance?), I just wanted to ask if that's really true?

The path through Kamnek and Pirmance is passable all along. For a short time (a few days) the path Tržič - Završnik - Kal was closed due to rockfall but it too has been normally passable all summer already.
