Eight years have passed since my visit to Zadnjiški Ozebnik. On Saturday I headed there again as a guest. Since I approached from Zadnjica a few years ago, this time I tried from Trenta. I imagined a bad trail, but luckily I was mistaken. First a few km of nice gravel road, then almost always a shady path. Some 10 meters after the turn-off for Prehodavce, a skinny little man points out the turn-off for Zadnjiški Ozebnik. The strong sun and waves of scree were quite annoying obstacles. In less than an hour I was at the top of ZO and looked around where this Little Horse should be. The approach to it is not demanding and you reach it in ten minutes.
Let me mention a slightly funny incident: On the descent from the hill towards the saddle I meet a mountaineer in a Grintovec race t-shirt with his companion. I notice his smile on his face and wonder why he's grinning at me, but soon it dawns on me. I had an ice axe attached to my backpack, which of course in connection with the season, altitude and side of the hill is like going to the sea in a coat in summer. I had planned a visit to Prehodavce too and since I got no answer on the forum, I took it just in case (and it stayed attached the whole time).

As Lijaneja mentioned, the path from the junction to the top of Zadnjiški Ozebnik is easily followable. Maybe long pants are handy since the path goes through tall grass and there are nettles in between. We also headed to Veliki Konj, back under the ridge via the ridge. Since on the way back from the Konj ridge we turned right immediately, for a while cairns even showed the path, the descent was a bit more Trenta-like as we bashed directly down through steep grass and scree until we descended a bit below the saddle Čez Dol.
