Sao, photo deceives, stood far from overhanging part of slab, ledges in building sense. ''Playing'' was much lower and higher in icy gully, climbing without protection, that I admit.

Nice. Congrats.
One or two more days and lots of scraping on the rock. Sunday jumps were much more iced.
Suggest moving topic from Current conditions, Karavanke to Current conditions, Alpine ascents, which this route definitely is.

It was the Sunday AO trip that was the final trigger for me to decide for this route.
The first jump, the chimney, was really easier to climb on Sunday.
Given the temperatures, conditions in the route were very solid.

Last night with headlamp into prontarc. Styrofoam from bottom to top. Detail is a bit nicer.

Climbing solo means going up the route alone, you can even belay the whole route, the important thing is that you're alone. Going up the route with a partner and climbing it unroped is just an unroped ascent.

Matej and I were in Prontarska today. First 100 m almost completely dry. Higher up conditions are still good.

Yesterday in Prontarska Route. The entry is interesting, a bit of scratching needed, the continuation iced over, so you can get through the jumps without scratching. It continues under the boulder and to the upper snowfield before the gully, which is very nicely climbable. Then a short gully and you're out of the route. We descended to Kofce and from there to the transport waiting for us at the big parking lot. Big thanks that we didn't have to walk back to the starting point.
