View from Konjščica is not exciting, but worth trying. At the entry it's almost dry, so we bypass the first jump on the right. With altitude the amount of wind-blown snow increases. We progress well, occasionally poking into frozen grass, hooking tools on rocks. In the upper part snow is dry, crust breaks through. After exit still ascent to the path and right to the summit. Currently completely too little snow, otherwise nice ascent! The whole photo story is here: https://picasaweb.google.com/janezseliskar12/VisevnikJZGrapaInSoncniZahod18012012#

Super!, but I still don't understand why topics are opened again and again and for every ascent. Is the topic on the alp. ascents forum unsuitable for this? Otherwise, everyone can open the same one a million times... Didn't we say we'd work on clarity? Too bad there's too little snow... Looks like an interesting gully Cheers

Jus Avgustin: Topic: "Gullies, waterfalls, winter alpinist ascents" is an example of total unclarity. Basic info must start with hill or mountain where something happened, then concrete path or route. This must be visible in title. Title decides if something interests someone or not and will read it! Above mentioned topic is mix of everything; data from all winds, and lots of empty chatter that only fogs clarity. Many successful mountain feats I wish you, and clear contributions too!
