Visoki vrh 1459m via Štularjeva pl. - circular tour

A week or so ago, when the sun was still shining warmly, I did a short but very nice tour to Visoki vrh 1459m, which borders the valleys of Makekova Kočna and Ravenska Kočna. The path went straight from the main road Zg. Jezersko at the turn-off to Makekova farm, waterfall under Čedce or Veliki vrh. After about a km of walking, the path branches left to the mighty farmer Makek, who has fenced his entire terrain. He's not very friendly, so better cross his property quickly and only on the path. Above the farm, a cart track ascends obliquely left, where at the right bend we follow the markers. They take us into the forest, later higher we walk on a nice path, in solitary silence and beautiful views of the wild walls of Jezerska Kočna and Grintovec. The path crosses a spring, where locals call the area Sp. and Gornje jezero 1230 and 1330m. From there we're quickly at the saddle between Visoki vrh and the branch to Češka koča, not far below Štularjeva pl.
...,I then headed to the nearby Visoki vrh as a great viewpoint of the northern slopes of KSA. Up there is a beautiful summit plateau with nice lone trees. The view from here reaches all the way to Stol and Triglav. Since the sun was setting, I soon decided for a circular return via Štularjeva planina and Ancelj farm to the lake. There, gazing at the lake, I drank this new orange Radler and after a couple more km on the left parallel macadam path arrived at the start. The tour is very nice with various panoramas and not too long, so any hiker can manage it. No pics, Lp.

Rok and Tadej, it doesn't matter that you deleted my comment on viharnik's religious content. Regardless, I think everyone guards what they want, but such posts definitely don't belong here, and I don't care at all who guards him when hiking in mountains....

Hello pohodnik11

Your message was deleted because previously that part from viharnik's description was removed, which doesn't relate to current conditions in mountains.
Since in viharnik's description there was no more what you wrote in your comment, it became irrelevant and I deleted it.

Best, Tadej

Tomorrow, so on Friday I start hiking the so-called Jezerska traverse, if it's called differently please correct me, of course if weather holds. Start with Kozji vrh which is somehow shortest. If I remember right, some year ago, included also Stegovnik, Pristovski Storžič, Goli vrh, Veliki vrh and Virnikov Grintavec. Supposedly there's a special map Po Jezerskem sredogorju with all peaks and paths marked. Anyone know about this map? For Visoki vrh say I didn't even know. Can contact me private. Thanks!

We two also climbed yesterday to Visoki vrh above Jezersko and via Štularjeva planina did a circular tour. Started at parking by the really attractive Jezernica stream, and returned there too, but completely from the other side. To Kačji rob our direction was towards Češka koča, there we turned sharply left off the path, which most visitors do these days. On the way I revived memories of long ago ascents on this path to Češka koča, some seemed same, some different. Next time maybe via Makek path, if without chains and bans of course. That's always discouraging, as viharnik mentioned above.

At the top we enjoyed nice views, saved some for memorynasmeh and descended via Štularjeva planina to Ravenska Kočna. So with pleasant walk to Planšarsko jezero and further along Jezernica stream we completely circled the ridge between one and other Kočna valley. It was really nice and we both agreednasmeh!
