Today from Pokljuka, more precisely from Rudno polje to Vodnik hut. Nothing special on the way. On the path from Studorski pass towards Vodnik hut the trail will be maintained. Lots of logs brought along the path. Weather luckily held. In the hut quite a few hikers waiting for tomorrow more favorable weather for Triglav. Going to check the mountain arboretum too. Not any better arranged than last year - only about ten little roses. Then back. At Studorski pass based on weather I decide to go via secured path to Srenjski pass to Viševnik. Path starts at end of krnica below Studorski pass and turns left, can go straight too. Path then crosses steep rocky terrain high above krnica. Nicely routed and well secured, but recommend only to experienced. In less than two hours from Studorski pass to top of Viševnik.
