On Saturday we headed from Trenta again to Prehodavci, but spiced up the route with a shortcut towards Gmajna from TNP and crossing Beladovec (Trebiščnica) over beautiful tolminčki, then we also found the junction to planina Trebiščina, which we had searched for in the past unsuccessfully. Well, now we succeeded in finding the ruins of that pasture and I must say it was worth it, although somewhat sad.
To Prehodavci, nice path ahead, although it was actually cloudy. We didn't know about sleeping there as we had no reservation. They said we'd have to wait since everything was booked. Well, a place was found. The evening and morning shots of the surrounding peaks are really priceless, the starry sky wonderful too, as the moon rose only later, in the second part of the night. The Milky Way can be seen only in the really dark part of the night, without artificial lights from the valley. Summer constellations like Cygnus, Lyra, Aquila, Perseus ... are still on the evening sky. So that was priceless too. It was my fourth overnight there  . Late afternoon we also went to both lakes, Lake under Vršac and Rjavo Lake. Saw chamois there too.
Vodnikov Vršac aka Vršac above Zadnjica is more beautiful than I imagined. Great rocky karst world there, with soft green grasses in between and a thrilling view into the depth over the edge that leaves you speechless. Apparently a base jump from the top on Sunday, which we missed or left the summit too early for. Otherwise, the views from Vršac are really excellent, also to Italy and the Hohe Tauern, as we clearly saw Viš, Montaž, Ankogel, and on the path from Prehodavci also Hochalmspitze and Sauleck.
On the return, a little below the saddle we descended directly to the lake and filled water at the spring flowing from under Kanjavec. Having gone up from Trenta, on the return we descended to Zadnjica to admire once again that wonderful Vršac wall rising there.
Really beautiful trip, for which we took our time, and which we ranked among unforgettable memories .
