I actually didn't intend to post this at all, but bears were just topical, so I changed my mind. We didn't meet it, but we ran into its tracks twice on the path, and it wasn't pleasant.

We didn't actually reach the top, fog rolled in, the path got steeper and steeper, with hard snow and ice on it, so without gear it almost wouldn't be safe, so we postponed the top for later. The thought of bears did its part too eek

at these rocks the path became increasingly vertical

and past beautiful spruces towards the starting point

Dražgoška gora also has a take-off site for gliders

Last weekend I also noticed bear tracks on the path between Bela peč and Bičkova skala. Fairly small, probably a cub.

Yesterday was just the right day to complete this trip, because what's not finished creates debt nasmeh

. The weather wasn't great, but in the end we concluded we did a good tour. We had to overcome quite a steep slope on slippery leaves, everyone managed in their own way, so we decided to return via another path. Very soon we discovered small pink flags that showed the way to Dražgoše hikers, and to us too, so we gladly followed them. This path goes somehow along the edge and thus allowed us a view back to Vratni rob.
We only reached the marked trail at the top of Dražgoška gora, from where we descended via the far right branch back to the starting point and thus made an interesting loop.

We toasted the good tour in the log cabin under Dražgoše, which pleasantly surprised with its coziness nasmeh
