Let's go today to the highest peak in the eastern Haloze, that's our Vrbanjšak. I started from home via Gradišče and along Bračič path, which goes to the top of Vrbanjšak. From Herman inn in Dolane just uphill to St. Anne chapel and along the ridge of hills in Veliki Vrh to the very top. At the top are remains of late Gothic St. Urban chapel, built in 17th century, and radio transmitter.
Weather was a bit wet, the path goes on roads, tracks, hills and forest, just right for this season. Greetings from our beautiful Haloze.
