In Slovenia there are seven peaks named Vrhek according to sources. The lowest is 348 meters high, actually two at that height and the highest near Cola above Podkraj settlement 766 meters. Of course I chose the closest one and today visited the 348 meters high Vrhek above Podob settlement between Loče and Draža vas/Slovenske Konjice. Loner above the left bank of Dravinja. Under the western part the Oplotnica stream flows into Dravinja. Since it's on the left bank of Dravinja of course this is not karst world, so terrain consequently wet and muddy. No marked path leads to it. Forest paths and rides are still helpful. Offers no views.

A few days ago by bike again near Vrhek peak and goal was Homec. Also some loner lying above right bank of Dravinja. A bit more west, height 426 meters. Lies between settlements Žiče and Draža vas or more precisely between Žička gorca and Spodnja Pristava. Also about ten Homecs in Slovenian area. Vrhek and Homec, practically together, each on its Dravinja bank. Connection between them not exactly most ,,eco,, in form of high-voltage power line. But ,,power,, must be too.
Time was a bit late, didn't step on very top. Up to height 373 or so. Peak in forest and below many farms and also cabins/gorcs, hence name Žička gorca for settlement on sunny side of Homec. Peak as seen offers no views. Maybe return and winking conquest of 426 contour or not. Interesting mainly perhaps due to broader area connections above Dravinja...
