Hello Please help or any opinion what this could be, so I don't go to the doctor too quickly. Yesterday, when I went to the hills and was sweating hard, white spots appeared on my arms, there were tons of them.. I could wipe them off easily. This morning when I went running, they appeared again, not as many but still quite a few Where could the problem be? Maybe heavy salt excretion or something? I think it's the salt you sweated out. For me often when I sweat a lot it shows on backpack straps or helmet straps. On dark things it's usually clearly visible. On skin I haven't noticed yet.

Aha, thanks for the opinion Could it be calcium deficiency, I saw that somewhere on the forum but don't know if it holds?

Post a picture, if it's like some dust, white as previous said, body excretes salt, I've been like that many times a bit white. I take salt with me to replace loss, but eat it more towards end of hike.

Given you have already quite tanned skin, I'd say skin tightens from too much sweating (first peeling attempt).
