Winter tours for beginners

I would ask if you could list some winter tours that are also suitable for a beginner in the Kamnik hills?
I have in mind beginner winter and safe tours.

It totally depends on your knowledge and experience in such conditions. For example, I got that knowledge and experience during military service in Bohinjska Bela. They taught us well everything you need to know for safe movement in such conditions.
So I won't bother you too much, I'd go to some course in your place. One such course will be in PD Kamnik on Dec 19 (Safer hiking in snowy mountains course-tour).
It'll be much easier for you then
