Yesterday, despite the poorer weather forecast, we decided to head from Zadnjica over Kriški Podi and past Bavški Gamsovec over Plemenice to Triglav. The weather held up, the path is dry, where there's still some snow patch you can avoid it without any problem. We slept in Planika after the all-day tour, this morning we returned via Dolič over Komar to Zadnjica. That part of the path is also dry. The whole tour is quite strenuous. In the mountains these days there is a huge number of foreigners, especially Spaniards and Czechs. Huts are FULL! What if PZS introduced mandatory escort by local mountain guides? This hustle in the mountains at the beginning of July really surprised me and I have to admit I don't like it much.

Has anyone perhaps walked the mentioned path in the last few days, I'm especially interested in the conditions to the hut at Kriški Podi? Thanks for the answers and safe on the paths to everyone.

A bit before the turnoff to Dolič towards Luknja from Zadnjica there is a dangerous snowfield in the gully where avalanche crosses the path, I witnessed avalanche literally a couple meters away when changing for return - towards Pogačnikov dom first two snowfields passable no problem, third a bit over halfway probably passable with gear how safe everyone judge for themselves ....couple pics if it helps ...higher dunno
