Maybe it'll come in handy for someone 
A few days ago they changed the traffic regime in the valley, i.e., they put up a new barrier a few dozen meters further from Kopiščarjeva homestead. Since there's very little space for turning in front of the barrier, even more so if someone drives up behind you, there's no choice but to leave the vehicle below at the official parking lot.

Annoying on descent, because that last part from the barrier to the lower parking drags the most.

This way they really discourage hikers, since all approaches from here are already long anyway. Sometimes trail managers are really wooden out of necessity!
