Hello,
Fellow hikers, a warm heartfelt greeting. I have one question, namely about the ZAJO brand, which comes from Slovakia.
Namely: how affordable are the products price-wise, and how is it with orders, how they bill for Slovenia. And whether it is necessary to do any specific things for importing products.

Slovakia is an EU member and you can import products normally like e.g. from Austria, Germany etc.
As a physical person you pay VAT, which on their website is included in the product price.
From them I never ordered anything but I put a jacket in the cart to see how much shipping would cost and in the picture below you see it would be 6.90 EUR. For payment with credit card or bank transfer they don't charge commission, while they do for payment via PayPal.

I have made two purchases so far, the quality of items is quite OK for the price. The purchase process is the same as in any online shop, delivery I think in three days, anyway no problem. Items we want to return or exchange we send to the address in Ljubljana - listed on the website - and we also need to fill out a form.....
But I have one question: does anyone perhaps own a Karakorum or Reykjavik jacket from the Zajo brand? Quality, waterproofness...?

Husband has shopped at Zajo several times - he has a big backpack, softshell jacket, several pants, I have poles and fleece...
Both satisfied, purchase no problem, so far we can recommend (have gear for a year or two). But check sizes and measures - fleece for him became mine because it was too small for him.
