Zapotoški Waterfalls in Trenta

Hello! Not only are they worth visiting. They are wonderful and Franci has given them the recognition they deserve with his photos. They are always different (depending on the amount of water and weather conditions). I first found the path to them there around 90. I always happily return to them. The last one in the chain is sometimes like a spiderweb, sometimes so much water that it is almost unreachable.

Ločanka, but could one get over that landslide? Exactly where is it? After the turnoff for pl. Zapotok or before?
For me personally these waterfalls are among the nicest in SLO, I visit them every year, where I meditate a bit and enjoy the murmur of the water and the beauties of the surroundings

Look, I think it's right there where the path fork would be. Maybe one could go over the landslide, but over the fallen spruces it seemed quite dangerous to us. The guardian at the Soča spring also said one can't reach the waterfalls. A young girl with a dog was walking ahead of us, and she also said she couldn't reach the waterfalls. The stream flows under that waterfall too, you don't know where something might collapse, although the snow there is hard. That's how I saw the situation .

Can't go over the landslide, but past it  You have to push a bit through the spruces, either right by the snow or cca 10m higher. Altogether it's about 100 meters, then you're back on the path. It's already slightly trodden past the landslide, so no panic.
There's quite a lot of water and to the waterfall you need to wade through water. Even to the last, biggest one not possible, because the entire canyon bottom is under water
WARNING: Don't walk on snow over the landslide, because it's hollow inside. The river has carved tunnels through it, so by walking over you risk it collapsing and falling a few meters deep.
