Dragonoš (Krpesovka) - Gostinjac Sv. Bernard

Access to starting point:
We leave the Dolenjska motorway at the Slovenska vas exit, which is just before the Obrežje border crossing. We continue to the centre of Obrežje, where at the intersection we turn left, then through the Bregana border crossing settlement and the bridge over the Bregana river we arrive in Croatia. Immediately after the border we turn sharply right towards Jastrebarsko and continue to Grdanjci, where in the village centre we spot a sign on the left for Jarušje, Višnjevac and Noršić Selo. We take this road and continue on the narrower asphalted road through Breganica and after about 7.5 km we reach an intersection, where we go left towards Jarušje and Dragonoš, right to Noršić Selo. Upon reaching Dragonoš, at the intersection we continue left on the main road towards Japetić. The narrow asphalt road leads us to a saddle, where we park by the roadside.

Path description:
From the starting point continue along the asphalt road towards Samobor. The road gently descends and is an unmarked section of the path. After 5 minutes of walking, reach the junction for Veliki Lovnik, where turn left. The path first leads through the forest and ascends. After about 5 minutes of walking, arrive at a larger meadow, where on the other side is a junction. From the left, the path from Dragonoš village joins. Right leads to the summit by road. Continue straight along the path, which begins to descend. Soon turn right onto a wide path that crosses the slope of the nearby Beleg grič. After a short ascent reach the road. Continue left along the road, which after a short descent brings you to a junction, where continue ahead along the road. Right branches the path over Mali Lovnik to Slani dol. The marked path leaves the road and we continue right. The path that cuts the bend quickly returns to the road, then cuts another road bend; when returning to the road, Gostinjac Sv. Bernard is already visible among the trees, separated by one more short marked shortcut and a few steps along the road. There is a chapel by the inn.
