GEOSS - Dom na Slivni

Access to starting point:
From Litija we drive towards Ljubljana or vice versa. When we come to the village Spodnji Hotič we go towards the village Vače. We then follow the road further towards GEOSS, where we park on a marked parking lot only 100 meters before GEOSS.
From the highway Ljubljana - Celje we go to the exit Krtina and Moravče. We follow the road ahead towards Moravče and then towards Zagorje. In the village Kandrše we turn right in the direction of the village Vače and Slivna. We follow this road towards signs for GEOSS, where we park 100 meters before GEOSS.

Path description:
From the parking lot, we continue on the road towards GEOSS. In a few dozen strides we get to GEOSS behind which we notice mountain signposts. Here we go right in the direction of Slivna (we notice the caption for Slivna on a tree and not on a hiking sign). The path then immediately steeply ascends and in a few minutes brings us to the road, which we follow only a few steps. The blazes again direct us to a footpath beside which we notice a notification sign that we are entering the area of rabies. We further follow the path which after a good 20 minutes comes out of the forest. Here the path runs past the chapel where the path turns sharply left. After a few more steps, we come to the road, where we already notice the mountain hut Dom na Slivni.
