Hrašče - Eko koča Nanos (Lovska koča Vojkovo) (past troughs)

Access to starting point:
A) From the Ljubljana–Koper motorway, take the Razdrto exit, then continue driving on the old road towards Nova Gorica. After Razdrto, the road starts descending more steeply; we follow it to the junction where the road to Nanos branches off to the right. Turn onto that road, and after the first sharp right bend, park in a suitable spot by the next small junction.
B) From the Nova Gorica–Razdrto expressway, take the Vipava exit, then continue on the old road towards Razdrto, but drive only a few kilometres on it before the Nanos signs direct us sharply left onto the ascending road. Turn onto that road, and after the first sharp right bend, park in a suitable spot by the next small junction.

Route description:
From the starting point, head onto the side road where we notice signs for Nanos and the hunting hut. Walk a few metres along this road, then the blazes direct us right onto a marked footpath that begins to ascend through the forest. A little higher, cross the asphalt road; when we reach it a second time, continue along it across the expressway. On the other side of the expressway, which we cross right at the start of the tunnel, the road we are ascending gradually turns right. Walk along the asphalt to the end of the next hairpin bend, then turn right onto a marked path that rejoins the road higher up.
When we reach the road again, simply cross it (right along the road further – path via Brižnik) and continue ascending through the low forest. Higher up, the path leads to an intermittent spring, beside which there is a small vine. From the vine, ascend moderately for a short while, then reach the already repeatedly mentioned asphalt road, which we follow left. With occasional views of Vipavska brda and the surroundings, the road brings us to the troughs (korita) and a sharp right bend, in the middle of which a path from Vipava and another from Podnanos join from the left.
Here, continue right along the road to the next bend, then the blazes direct us right onto a footpath by which we ascend somewhat more steeply. The well-marked path rejoins the road higher up, leaves it again after a few minutes, and crosses it once more a bit higher. The path continues past a large chapel, visible from afar. A little above the chapel, arrive at a marked junction, where continue left towards the hunting hut (right uphill to Vojkova koča via Strmec, right downhill to Lozice and Podnanos via Brižnik).
Continue moderately ascending along the wide path, reaching the hunting hut Vojkovo in about 10 minutes of further walking.
