Access to starting point:
We drive from Logatec towards Idrija or vice versa. 2km before Idrija (from the direction Logatec - Idrija) we turn left towards Bela. We follow this road to the roadside parking lot located behind the bridge over the Jezernica.
Route description:
The classic circular route, as described in the text below, is no longer feasible on the ground. Passage around the entire lake is permanently disabled due to the installed safety fence.
From the parking lot we cross the bridge over the Jezernica river and then continue along the marked path to Divje jezero. The path then circles the lake under steep walls (danger of falling rocks) and on the other side ascends via steep stairs. Only the descent to the starting point remains.

The circular path is no longer possible. At the northern shore we reach a maintained viewpoint (probably not yet there at the time of writing this description), which is fenced off and you can't proceed further. The other somewhat more "wild" path along the southern shore does allow bypassing the fence to get closer to the wall, but right under it doesn't seem safe to me at all (OK, maybe I hit a slightly higher water level than usual). Anyway, I added descriptions of both "official" paths, which are currently awaiting approval. BTW, according to maPZS the height of the northern viewpoint should be 384 m: https://mapzs.pzs.si/poi/1603
